The Hocking Manor at WOODLAND RETREATS offers a rare and exceptional escape that is your own private retreat, while creating a memorable and unique wedding experience. Offering a total interior square foot of 23,000 square feet, with 230 acres of your own private woodlands adjacent to scenic state preserve. During your stay, you and your guests can enjoy hiking on six miles of private trails, fishing in the catch-and-release ponds, and admiring the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, not to mention the starry night skies.

In the Hocking Manor, a stately brick house, you'll find an indoor, heated saltwater swimming pool, a built-in spa, floor-to-ceiling windows, and two grand wooden staircases. The property's grounds are perfect for taking stunning wedding photos, while the interior is ideal for celebrations of all kinds. Some of the rooms in this four-story building include a game room, a movie room, a billiard room, a formal living room, and a dining area. There's also a gourmet kitchen, a media gathering room, eight bedrooms, and three patios. Moreover, the house is child-friendly, with a fourth floor designed especially for kids. With a large TV, bunk beds, and a table for crafts and games, this floor offers plenty of safe entertainment for little ones. The venue can accommodate up to 200 guests for weddings and is accessible for all! The staircase in the Hocking Manor offers a custom-built lift, allowing a safe passageway for those walking up or down the stairs and ramps to main entrances.
